Vindication,Dedication and Belief Dawn Staley and the Gamecocks have won another women’s NCAA national championship. The game started off rough as Catlin Clark and the Hawkeyes ran up a 10-point-plus lead in the first quarter. But coach Staley made the right adjustments and the team went to work. Lead by Kamilla Cardoso who had 15 points and cleaned up the glass with 17 boards as she took home the most outstanding player award.The Gamecocks went on to blowout Clark and the Hawkeyes by ten winning 87-75!!
