Acclaimed actor Alec Baldwin has been CHARGED with two counts of involuntary manslaughter today January the 19th in Mexico. Baldwin was said to have mishandled and fired a “PROP GUN” on the set of the film “RUST” he ended up killing Halyna Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza.
