The basketball world lost a beloved figure this weekend as Stacey King passed away at the age of 59. Best known for winning three NBA championships alongside Michael Jordan during the Bulls’ first historic three-peat from 1991 to 1993, King later became one of the most recognizable voices in basketball as the longtime television analyst for the Chicago Bulls. Drafted sixth overall in 1989 out of University of Oklahoma, King brought energy, humor, and passion both on the court and behind the microphone, earning the admiration of generations of Bulls fans.
